摘要
通过分析铁路货运站在设备设施、货场功能、信息化建设、内部管理等方面存在的问题,在对铁路物流中心与铁路货运站进行比较的基础上,提出铁路货运站向铁路物流中心转型方案,即更新改造货运站设备设施、利用社会资源开展物流业务、联合其他运输方式建立联运中心、铁路联营或租赁物流企业物流设施、通过增值延伸服务加强物流业务合作、新建铁路物流中心,为铁路货运站向铁路物流中心转型提供参考,提高铁路运输的市场竞争力。
Through analyzing the problems existing in railway freight station, including equipments and facilities, functions of freight yard, informationization building and internal management,b ased on comparing railway logistic center with railway freight station, this paper puts forward the program of transferring railway freight station to railway logistic center, which means upgrading and reconstructing equipments and facilities of freight station, utilizing social resource to develop logistic industry, uniting other transport modes to build inter-model transport center, railways jointly operating or renting logistic facilities of logistic company, strengthening logistic industrial cooperation through value-adding and service extension, as well as newly constructing railway logistic center, all of these could provide reference for transferring railway freight station to railway logistic center and increasing market competitiveness of railway transportation.
