摘要
围绕新工科背景下新能源汽车领域人才需求,归纳出该领域人才培养目标。通过分析新能源汽车产业特点,针对新能源汽车领域建立创新型人才培养模式,提出多学科交叉融合课程体系建设方式和多样化创新实践平台的开发。人才培养过程中融入多元化评价机制,从而达到对培养效果及时反馈和完善目的。研究结果对新能源汽车相关专业人才培养提供了参考,对学生培养质量的提升具有重要的意义。
Focusing on the demand for talents in the field of new energy vehicles in the context of new engineering,the training objectives for talents in this field are summarized.By analyzing the characteristics of the new energy vehicle industry,this paper establish an innovative talent training model for the field of new energy vehicles,and propose a multi-disciplinary cross integration curriculum system construction method and the development of diversified innovation practice platform.Integrate the diversified evaluation mechanisms into the process talent cultivation,so as to achieve the purpose of timely feedback and improvement of the training effect.The research results provide a reference for the training of new energy vehicle related professionals'and are of great significance for the improving the quality of student training.
