摘要
通过分析现代高职物流管理专业建设与乡村振兴之间的联系,对专业建设的现状、问题及其改革可行性进行了分析,以长江职业学院为例构建了一套乡村振兴下高职物流管理专业的改革体系,包含物流管理专业开放式人才培养体系、服务乡村经济为导向的课程体系、以职业标准为导向的教学体系的改革内容,力求一方面通过物流管理专业教育的改革实施,高职院校和乡村地方企业实行校企一体化合作,提高专业教育实效,另外通过搭建专业群学习平台,引导和促进乡村企业深度参与高职专业机制的调整,依据人才培养的规模、结构和质量进行科学配置,进而服务乡村振兴。
This paper presents the current situation,problems and reform feasibility of professional construction of logistics management major,which is based on case study of reform system of logistics management major in Changjiang Polytechnic by analyzing the relationship between the professional construction and rural revitalization.The reform system includes the training system of open talents,curriculum system oriented to serving country economy and teaching system oriented to professional standards.On one hand,it aims to strengthen the cooperation between school and enterprise and improve the effectiveness of professional education.On the other hand,it also help to advance rural revitalization building a professional group learning platform and guiding deeply participation of rural enterprises and adjustment of professional mechanism in higher vocational colleges.
