摘要
作为"四新"建设内容之一,新文科建设承担着助力文化强国建设、培育先进中国文化、培养时代新人的重要使命。地方应用型本科高校新文科建设应克服办学理念相对滞后、发展定位和目标不够清晰、文科教育发展模式创新不足等阻碍,立足百年未有之大变局的时代背景和中华民族伟大复兴的历史使命,主动融入新一轮科技革命和产业变革,以服务我国社会经济发展和区域经济产业转型为抓手,优化专业结构布局,加强文科专业融通,文理工专业交叉融合,运用现代信息推动课程、教学等关键要素改革,深化产教融合,加强文科专业实践教学体系建设,以学生发展为中心构建应用型文科人才培养新模式。
As one of the "four new" construction, the construction of new liberal arts undertakes the important mission of helping the construction of cultural power, cultivating advanced Chinese culture and cultivating new people of the times. The construction of new liberal arts in local application-oriented universities should overcome the obstacles such as the lagging behind of school running concept, unclear development orientation and goal, and insufficient innovation of liberal arts education development mode.Based on the historical mission of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the background of unprecedented changes in a century, we should actively integrate into a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change, optimize the layout of major structure, strengthen the integration of liberal arts, science and engineering, and use modern information to promote curriculum and teaching. We should deepen the integration of production and education, strengthen the construction of practical teaching system for liberal arts majors, and build a new mode of applied liberal arts talents training with student development as the center.
