A Review on the Mode and Mechanism of Integrated Development of Culture and Tourism in China

摘要党的二十大对文化和旅游融合发展作出了新的指示,这进一步彰显了文化和旅游融合发展模式和机制研究的意义。目前,该领域的研究已经取得了很大进展。基于融合要素和对象、融合产品和业态、融合主导因素、融合路径、产业关系等角度提出了众多不同的文化和旅游融合发展模式,从内因、外因、环境因素等方面分析了影响文化和旅游融合发展的因素和作用机制。但是,目前研究仍然偏重于产业融合方面的研究,规范的案例研究和实证研究偏少,对作为国家战略的文化和旅游融合发展概念内涵和目标任务等把握不够。今后的研究应突破产业融合范畴,加强案例研究和实证研究,深刻把握文化和旅游融合发展作为国家战略的特殊内涵、战略目标和关键任务,围绕“以文塑旅、以旅彰文”提炼总结文化和旅游融合发展典型模式,进一步区分主体和要素,建立文化和旅游融合发展机制整合分析框架。 The 20th CPC National Congress has made new instructions on the integrated development of culture and tourism,which further highlights the significance of the research on the mode and mechanism of the integrated development of culture and tourism.At present,research in this field has made great progress.Based on the integrated elements and objects,products and business forms,leading factors,paths,industrial relations and other aspects,existing studies have offered various modes of the integrated development of culture and tourism.Existing studies have also analyzed the factors and mechanisms affecting the integrated development of culture and tourism from the aspects of internal,external and environmental factors.However,the current research still focuses on industrial integration,with few normative case studies and empirical studies,and insufficient understanding of the concept and objective of culture and tourism integration development as a national strategy is still rare.Future studies should break through the category of industrial integration,strengthen case studies and empirical studies,and deeply grasp the special connotation,strategic goals and key tasks of the integrated development of culture and tourism as a national strategy.Future studies should focus on"shaping tourism with culture and highlighting culture with tourism"to refine and summarize typical models of the integrated development of culture and tourism,further distinguish the main body and elements,and establish the analysis framework of the integrated development mechanism of culture and tourism.
