摘要
研究了新型智慧城市和数字经济的概念、相关国家政策和彼此间的关系,探讨了新型智慧城市与数字经济的融合要素,并对一些城市实践案例进行了分析,指出目前主要面临机制不顺畅、技术过于复杂等一系列问题和挑战,最后提出以产业园区为载体、优化营商环境为目标发展新型智慧城市、促进数字经济发展的具体对策和实践路径并提出了结论和进一步研究方向。
This paper studies the concepts of new smart city and digital economy,relevant national policies,and their relationship.It explores the integration factors of new smart city and digital economy and analyzes some urban practice cases.The paper points out that there are many problems and challenges,such as poor mechanism and complex technology.Finally,it proposes specific counter⁃measures and practical paths to develop new smart cities with industrial parks as carriers and optimize business environment as goals to promote the development of digital economy.The conclusion and further research direction are also presented.
