数字化转型背景下的高校教育数字化成熟度评估模型研究 被引量:16

摘要 高校数字化转型是适应时代发展的必然选择,而转型需要评估当前的教育数字化成熟度,以明确需要转型的起点和目标,推动高校提高教育质量、优化资源配置并提升竞争力。基于此,文章首先参考行业数字化成熟度模型和高校数字化发展的框架,初步构建了包含3个总体维度、6个一级指标、16个二级指标、42个三级指标的高校教育数字化成熟度评估模型1.0版本。接着,文章采用德尔菲法,根据专家反馈建议逐步修改各项指标,形成了包含3个一级指标、8个二级指标和23个三级指标的高校教育数字化成熟度评估模型2.0版本。然后,文章采用层次分析法,将各项指标按照重要程度呈现,通过判断矩阵计算得到各指标的权重。最后,依据成熟度评估分数,文章将高校教育数字化成熟度的发展划分为怀疑和犹豫、尝试和采纳、探索和合作、变革和创新四个阶段,以助力高校明确自身教育数字化发展的现状和未来方向。文章的研究有助于从理论上理解数字化成熟度的概念和框架,并可为高校制定教育数字化转型的战略提供一个参考基准。 The digital transformation of universities is an inevitable choice to adapt to the development of The Times,and the transformation needs to evaluate the current education digitization maturity,in order to clarify the starting point and goal of the transformation,promote universities to improve the university education quality,and optimize the resource allocation and improve competitiveness.Based on this,referring to the industry digitization maturity models and frameworks of digitization development in universities,the 1.0 version of the evaluation model of university education digitization maturity was developed,which included 3 overall dimensions,6 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators,and 42 third-level indicators.Subsequently,adopting the Delphi method,the 2.0 version of the evaluation model of university education digitization maturity was formed,which included 3 first-level indicators,8 second-level indicators and 23 third-level indicators,after gradual modifications according to the feedback and suggestions of experts.Then,the analytic hierarchy process was used to present each index according to its importance,and the weight of each index was calculated through the judgment matrix.Finally,on the basis of the maturity assessment score,this paper divided the development of university education digitization maturity into four stages of doubt and hesitation,attempt and adoption,exploration and cooperation,transformation and innovation,so as to help universities to clarify the current situation and future direction of their own education digitization development.The research of this paper was helpful to understand the concept and framework of digitization maturity in theory,and can provide reference for universities to formulate the education digital transformation strategy.
