基于互联网+的高职智能制造技术人才培养模式创新研究

摘要 为了探索互联网+背景下高职智能制造技术人才培养模式创新策略,使用举例分析法针对育人模式加以探究,解决了数字化教学资源开发与运用问题、数字技术应用问题、校企合作问题、培养学生创新素养的问题以及教师育人能力较低的问题,旨在为了在互联网+背景下培养智能制造技术人才,高职院校需充分运用数字化教学资源,应用技术手段创新教学模式,实践活动与智能制造产业对接,增强学生的创新素养,壮大专业教师团队。 In order to explore the innovative strategy of talent cultivation mode of intelligent manufacturing technology in higher vocational education under Internet plus,the example analysis method is used to explore the education mode,which solves the problems of the development and application of digital teaching resources,the application of digital technology,school enterprise cooperation,the cultivation of students’innovative literacy,and the low ability of teachers to educate people.The purpose is to cultivate intelligent manufacturing technology talents under the background of Internet plus.Higher vocational colleges need to make full use of digital teaching resources,apply technical means to innovate the teaching mode,connect practical activities with the intelligent manufacturing industry,enhance students’innovative literacy,and expand professional teacher teams.
