摘要
培养新型农村技术人才是实施乡村振兴战略的“重中之重”。传统的集中面授已经不适应农村的现状和农民的学习要求,依托互联网,创建线上线下相结合、学校与企业相结合、学习与生产相结合的培养方式,并在此基础上形成长效机制,是改进和加强新型农村技术人才培养的有效措施,值得重视和推广。
Training the new type rural technical talents is of vital importance to rural revitalization strategy.The traditional face-to-face teaching mode is no longer applicable for the current situation in rural areas and the learning demands of the farmers.To improve and strengthen the training mode for the new type rural technical talents,it is worth noting and promoting to combine online and offline styles,school and enterprise,learning and productive labor with the assistance of internet,and on this basis to form a long-term mechanism,thus can reinforce the effectiveness of the training measures.
