摘要
目的 研究宫腔镜下电切与宫腔镜下刮宫在子宫内膜息肉患者治疗中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年1月-2021年12月在天津市第四中心医院治疗的80例子宫内膜息肉患者为研究对象,按照随机数字分组法分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例,对照组行宫腔镜下刮宫,观察组行宫腔镜下电切,比较两组治疗总有效率、并发症发生率、复发率.结果 观察组治疗总有效率远高于对照组;观察组并发症发生率、复发率均远低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论 宫腔镜下电切治疗更能帮助子宫内膜息肉患者进一步改善临床症状,减少并发症及复发情况,值得在临床上推广.
Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic electroresection and uterine curettage in the treatment of endometrial polyp endometrial polyp.Methods A total of 80 patients with endometrial polyp from January to December 2021 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.All the patients were to receive treatment,the control group was treated with curettage under hysteroscope,the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic resection,compare the two groups total effective rate,the incidence of complications,the recurrence rate.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the observation group were much lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hysteroscopic electroresection is more effective in improving clinical symptoms,reducing complications and recurrence in endometrial polyp patients,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
