摘要
目的探究宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉(EP)电切术对EP患者围术期指标及子宫内膜厚度的影响.方法选取该院2020年4月—2022年4月收治的78例EP患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各39例.对照组患者采用宫腔镜下刮宫术治疗,观察组患者采用宫腔镜下EP电切术治疗.观察并对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果、围术期指标、子宫内膜厚度变化情况以及并发症发生率.结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为87.18%,高于对照组的53.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组手术时间(10.11±0.74)min、住院时间(3.15±1.06)d,均短于对照组的(15.27±2.65)min、(4.02±1.12)d,术中出血量(3.89±1.38)mL,少于对照组的(7.16±1.52)mL,子宫内膜厚度(5.41±3.23)mm,薄于对照组的(8.87±3.73)mm,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率为5.13%,低于对照组的20.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用宫腔镜下EP电切术治疗EP患者,可显著提升治疗效果,改善子宫内膜厚度,且并发症较少.
Objective To investigate the effects of hysteroscopic electroresection of endometrial polyp(EP)on perioperative indexes and endometrial thickness in patients with EP.Methods 78 patients with EP admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic curettage,and the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic electroresection of EP.Clinical therapeutic effects,perioperative indexes,changes in endometrial thickness and incidence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.18%,which was higher than 53.85%of the control group,and the difference was statisti cally significant(P<0.05).The operation time and hospital stay of the observation group were(10.11±0.74)min and(3.15±1.06)d,which were shorter than(15.27±2.65)min and(4.02±1.12)d of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was(3.89±1.38)mL,which was less than(7.16±1.52)mL of the control group,the endometrial thickness of the observation group was(5.41±3.23)mm,which was thinner than(8.87±3.73)mm of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 5.13%,which was lower than 20.52%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of EP by hysteroscopic electroresection of EP can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and improve the endometrial thickness,with fewer complications.
