摘要
目的 分析治疗慢性脑供血不足的口服中成药的用药特点及组方规律,为临床治疗和新药研发提供参考。方法 通过检索中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed等中英文数据库,筛选中成药治疗慢性脑供血不足的相关文献。建立数据库并提取有效信息,统计中成药剂型、使用频率、证型、单味中药使用频次及性味归经、高频药对;利用SPSS Modeler软件对中药进行关联规则分析。结果 共收集481篇文献,涉及86种中成药,中成药剂型以胶囊剂为主,养血清脑颗粒用于治疗慢性脑供血不足使用频次最高,慢性脑供血不足涉及多个证型;使用频次较高的单味中药有川芎、丹参、当归、黄芪、牛膝、甘草、天麻等,药物性味以温药、苦味为主,归经以肝、心、脾为主,功效以活血祛瘀、补血为主;高频药对为川芎-当归、川芎-丹参、川芎-红花、川芎-黄芪,功效以补血活血、活血祛瘀、活血通经、益气活血为主;关联规则分析结果显示,核心组方为黄芪、川芎、当归、红花、丹参。结论 中成药治疗慢性脑供血不足涉及多个证型,川芎是其核心用药,益气活血通络为其基本组方思路,黄芪、川芎、当归、红花、丹参为其核心处方。
Objective To analyze the medication characteristics and composition rules of oral Chinese patent medicines for chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency,and to provide reference for clinical treatment and new drug development.Methods By searching CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed database and other Chinese and English databases,related literatures of Chinese patent medicines were screened.We established a database and collected useful information:dosage form,frequency of use,certificate type,frequency of use of single flavor Chinese medicine,taste attribution,and high-frequency drug pairs.SPSS Modeler software was used to associate the rules with traditional Chinese medicines.Results Totally 481 articles were collected,involving 86 Chinese patent medicines.The dosage form of Chinese patent medicines was mainly capsules.Yangxue Qingnao granules were most frequently used for multiple types of chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency.Single-flavor traditional Chinese medicines used frequently included Ligusticum chuanxiong,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Angelica sinensis,Astragalus membranaceus,Achyranthes bidentata,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,and Gastrodia elata,etc.,with medicinal taste mainly being warm medicine and bitter taste.The meridian covered mainly the liver,the heart and the spleen to activate the blood and remove the stasis and replenish the blood.Drugs with high-frequency included Ligusticum chuanxiong-Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong-Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong-Carthamus tinctorius and Ligusticum chuanxiong-Astragalus membranaceus,and their effects were mainly to replenish and activate blood,activate the blood and circulation,dispel the stasis,and invigorate qi.The rules association that the core components were Astragalus membranaceus,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis,Carthamus tinctorius and Salvia miltiorrhiza.Conclusion There are multiple types of chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency.Ligusticum chuanxiong is mostly commonly used.Qiinvigorating and blood circulation activation are the basic mechanism,and Astragalus membranaceus,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis,Carthamus tinctorius and Salvia miltiorrhiza consists of the core prescriptions.
