摘要
为探讨线上PBL教学法在神经外科教学中的应用效果,文章选取华中科技大学同济医学院2014级和2013级八年制医学生分别实施线上PBL教学和线下教学,收集调查问卷评价教学效果和教学总体满意度,进行对比。结果显示,线上PBL教学与线下PBL教学在教师对学生的评分、学生对教师和教学的评价以及学生自评和互评等方面无明显差异。线上PBL组中,87.5%的学生认为线上PBL学习优于既往线下PBL学习。因此,线上PBL教学法可成为医学教育工作者的一种有效且可靠的选择。
To evaluate the effectiveness of online PBL(problem-based learning)method in neurosurgery teaching,the authors conducted a comparative study in medical students of 8-year program,and online PBL mode and offline PBL mode were adopted in the students of year 2014(experimental group)and the students of year 2013(control group),respectively.A questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the teaching effect and the students’satisfaction with teaching.The results showed no significant difference in the students’performance,students’satisfaction with teaching,students’self-assessment and peer-assessment between the experimental group and the control group.Most of the students(87.5%)in the experimental group agreed that online PBL is better than offline PBL.Therefore,online PBL can be considered as an effective and reliable teaching choice for medical educators.
