摘要
2025年哈尔滨亚冬会的成功申办为黑龙江省冰雪体育产业发展带来新的契机,但同时也面临着其他省份竞争对手的冲击。黑龙江省作为我国冰雪体育大省,有着完善的冰雪运动设施、丰富的冰雪赛事活动、大量的冰雪体育人才和有力的冰雪政策支持,但在诸多优越条件和有利形势的基础上,黑龙江省冰雪体育产业在人才、设施、技术、管理等方面也存在若干问题。提出促进冰雪体育旅游产业融合,打造知名冰雪体育品牌;加强冰雪人力资源开发,培养综合型人才;强化政府政策资金支持,完善产业融资路径;加大数字化建设力度,加快数字技术应用;充分发挥市场主导作用,合理行使政府职能等发展对策,旨在促进黑龙江省冰雪体育资源的最优化利用,为冰雪体育产业的高质量发展提供理论参考与借鉴。
The successful bidding for the 2025 Harbin Asian Winter Games has brought new opportunities for the development of the ice and snow sports industry in Heilongjiang Province,but at the same time,it is also facing the impact of competitors from other provinces.As a major province of ice and snow sports in China,Heilongjiang Province has complete ice and snow sports facilities,abundant ice and snow sports events,a large number of ice and snow sports talents,and strong ice and snow policy support.However,on the basis of many superior conditions and favorable situations,there are also several problems in the ice and snow sports industry of Heilongjiang Province in terms of talent,facilities,technology,management and so on.It is proposed to promote the integration of ice and snow sports and tourism industry,and create famous ice and snow sports brand;strengthen the development of ice and snow human resources,and cultivate comprehensive talents;improve the government's policy and financial support,and complete the path of industrial financing;increase the digital construction,and accelerate the application of digital technology;give full play to the leading role of the market,and reasonably exercise the government's functions,and other developmental countermeasures.It aims to promote the optimal utilization of ice and snow sports resources in Heilongjiang Province and provide theoretical reference and reference for the high-quality development of ice and snow sports industry.
