摘要
目的 分析视频健康教育模式在宫颈癌术后压力性尿失禁康复中的应用效果。方法 将106例宫颈癌患者根据干预模式的不同分为对照组(n=48,常规康复护理干预)和观察组(n=58,在对照组的基础上联合视频健康教育模式干预)。比较两组患者的临床疗效、尿失禁量、治疗后盆底肌肌力。结果 观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。干预后3个月,两组患者尿失禁量均明显下降,且观察组患者尿失禁量明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。观察组患者盆底肌肌力有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 在宫颈癌术后压力性尿失禁康复中应用视频健康教育模式临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者尿失禁量、盆底肌肌力,促进患者恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of video health education model on the rehabilitation of stress urinary incontinence after cervical cancer surgery.Method A total of 106 patients with cervical cancer were divided into control group(n=48,conventional rehabilitation nursing intervention)and observation group(n=58,conventional rehabili-tation nursing intervention combined with video health education model intervention)according to different intervention models.The clinical effect,urinary incontinence volume and pelvic floor muscle strength after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the urinary incontinence volume of both groups decreased significantly,and the urinary incontinence volume of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The effective rate of pelvic floor muscle strength in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of video health education model in the rehabilitation of stress urinary incontinence af-ter cervical cancer surgery has significant clinical effect,which can effectively improve the volume of urinary inconti-nence,pelvic floor muscle strength,and promote the recovery of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
