摘要
研究个性化护理对尿失禁患者生活质量的影响。选取2023年2月—2024年11月在山西医科大学第一医院泌尿外科接受治疗的86例前列腺根治术后尿失禁患者作为研究对象,以抽签法将其分为两组,对照组(43例)接受常规临床护理,观察组(43例)接受个性化护理,对比两组前列腺症状、尿失禁程度、心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度。结果显示,干预后,观察组患者的尿失禁程度及负性情绪(焦虑、抑郁)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,个性化护理能够显著改善前列腺根治术后尿失禁患者的前列腺症状、负性情绪和生活质量,并提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广。
To explore the impact of individualized nursing on the quality of life of patients with urinary incontinence.A total of 86 patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy,who received treatment in the Department of Urology of the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from February 2023 to November 2024,were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups by lottery:the control group(43 cases)received routine clinical nursing,and the observation group(43 cases)received individualized nursing.The prostate symptoms,degree of urinary incontinence,psychological state,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.The results showed that after the intervention,the scores of urinary incontinence severity and negative emotions(anxiety and depression)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study concludes that individualized nursing can significantly improve prostate symptoms,negative emotions,and quality of life of patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy,and enhance nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
