高校教师教学胜任力指标体系的理论建构与改进路径 被引量:6

摘要 高校教师教学胜任力是衡量高校教师整体素质与能力的重要指标,同时也是彰显高校整体教学水平的关键因素。基于高校教师教学胜任力指标体系的研究与构建,对388位高校教师进行了问卷调查,并辅以学生访谈,发现高校教师教学胜任力整体处于良好水平,但通识知识与数字素养等薄弱环节仍需提升,且总体上高校为教师提供的支持与保障有限。为了更加有效地提升高校教师教学胜任力,应当积极引导高校教师自主发展、推动高效管理体制的改革与创新、建立教学胜任力评价标准和发展体系。 The teaching competency of college teachers is an important indicator to measure the overall quality and ability of college teachers,and it is also a key factor in showing the general teaching level of colleges and universities.Based on the research and con-struction of a teaching competency indicator system of college teachers,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 388 college teach-ers,supplemented by student interviews,and it was found that the overall teaching competency of college teachers is at a good level.However,the weak links,such as general knowledge and digital literacy,still need to be improved.The support and guarantee pro-vided by colleges and universities for teachers are generally limited.To improve the teaching competency of college teachers more effectively,we should actively guide the independent development of college teachers,promote the reform and innovation of an effi-cient management system,and establish the evaluation standard and development system of teaching competency.
