摘要
新时代应用型高校要落实立德树人根本任务,培养德才兼备的应用型人才,文化育人的作用不容忽视。现阶段应用型高校的文化育人存在核心理念未形成、路径不清晰、体系不健全等问题。对此,需要坚持党对文化育人工作的全面领导,建立文化育人保障体系,并通过促进学生全面发展的环境体系、提升文化素养的课程体系和增强文化创新的实践体系,全面提升文化育人实效,培养德智体美劳全面发展的应用型人才。
Application-oriented colleges and universities in the new era should carry out the fundamental task of moral education and cultivate application-oriented talents in both integrity and ability. The role of cultural education cannot be ignored. At present, there are some problems in cultural education of application-oriented institutions of higher learning, such as the lack of core idea, unclear path and imperfect system. Therefore, it is necessary to adhere to the Party’s overall leadership of cultural education and establish a guarantee system of cultural education;the comprehensive improvement of the practical effect of cultural education and the cultivation of the applied talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence, body, beauty and labor are realized through the promotion of the environment system of students’ overall development, the curriculum system of cultural literacy and the practice system of cultural innovation.
