高校教师混合式教学胜任力模型构建研究

摘要在数字赋能教师发展的时代,混合式教学作为新时期数字化赋能教学的重要表现形式已成为高校教育的“新常态”,高校教师混合式教学胜任力是数字时代教师发展的关键要素之一。以《欧盟教育工作者数字胜任力框架》的三级指标为基本架构,借鉴数字赋能教师能力发展相关研究成果,聚焦混合式教学典型性特征及能力要求,构建高校教师混合式教学胜任力的模型原型,采用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析进行模型原型的优化,最终形成高校教师混合式教学胜任力模型,涵盖“专业能力”“教学能力”“学生能力”3个素养域,以及5个素养要素10项胜任特征,不仅为高校教师的专业成长提供清晰的路径指引,同时也为高校教师在混合式教学中的能力界定、能力培训及能力评价提供可参考的依据。 In the era of digital-enabled teacher development,blended learning,as a significant manifestation of digital empowerment in teaching during the new period,has become the“new normal”in higher education.The competence of university teachers in blended learning is one of the key elements for teachers’development in the digital age.Based on the three-level indicators of the European Framework for the Digital Competence of Educators,a prototype model of university teachers’blended learning competence is constructed,drawing on relevant research findings on digital-enabled development of teachers’competence and focuses on the typical characteristics and competence requirement of blended learning.Ultimately,a competence model is developed for university teachers in blended learning through employing exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.This framework covers three competence areas:“Professional Competence”,“Teaching Competence”and“Student Competence”,encompassing a total of five competence elements and ten specific competence characteristics.It not only provides a clear path guidance for the professional growth of college teachers,but also offers a reference basis for the definition,training,and evaluation of the university teachers’competence in blended learning context.
