The Influence Mechanism of Middle School Principals' Teaching Leadership on Professional Learning Community:Based on a Survey of 2399 Middle School Teachers

摘要基于文献梳理和理论分析,提出一个有调节的中介模型,以探讨校长教学领导力对专业学习共同体的影响机制。对2399个有效样本数据的分析发现:教师集体效能感在教学领导力与专业学习共同体的关系中发挥部分中介作用;教学领导力与专业学习共同体的直接关系以及通过集体效能感的间接关系受到教师自主性调节作用的影响,即在高自主性条件下,教师感知的校长教学领导力对专业学习共同体的直接和间接影响都得到不同程度的显著增强。为此,校长可以通过提升教学领导力,增强教师集体效能感,激发教师自主性,促进专业学习共同体的建设。
