摘要
胜任特征研究是当前管理心理学和人力资源管理领域的一个热点问题,其研究方法有很多,但缺少对其进行系统的梳理。通过对胜任特征常用研究方法进行综述,运用分析和比较,总结每种方法的优点和不足,从而对胜任特征的研究方法进行简单的评述。
Research of competency is a hot topic in management psychology and human resource management currently, and there are many research methods about it, but there has no article to sum up all the aspects of research methods. The present article summarized most common used research methods of competency, and made some comments on the advantage and disadvantage of each research methods.
