摘要
社会主义核心价值观融入法治建设重要论述是习近平同志在多年的治国理政中逐步形成的,其过程有着深刻的逻辑必然性、历史规律性,内容丰富厚重、系统完备,是习近平法治思想的重要组成部分。其基本要义可以归纳为融入价值论、融入主体论、融入方法论。在未来的法治建设中,我们要以社会主义核心价值观融入法治建设重要论述为指导,持续做好社会主义核心价值观的深化拓展、转化应用工作,为世界法治文明发展与进步提供中国经验、中国智慧。
The important discussion on the integration of socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law is gradually formed by Xijinping s in recent years of governance.Its process has profound logical necessity,historical regularity,its content is rich and thick,the system is complete.It is an important part of the thought of rule of law of Xijinping.Its basic meaning can be summed up as integrating value theory,subject theory and methodology.In the future construction of the rule of law,we should take the important discussion on the integration of socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law as guidance,continue to do a good job in deepening the expansion,transformation and application of socialist core values,and provide Chinese experience and wisdom for the development and progress of the world civilization of the rule of law.
