摘要
工匠精神是高职学生必备的核心素养。在新工科建设背景下,以机电一体化技术专业为例,探索融合“岗课赛证”的工匠精神培育模式。研究工匠精神与“岗课赛证”综合育人内涵的一致性,分析当前高职学生工匠精神培育存在的问题,明确岗位导向,深化课程改革,创新竞赛机制,完善证书考评体系,促进了学生技术技能和职业素养的提升,为培养更多具有工匠精神的高水平、高素质技术技能人才奠定了基础。
Craftsman spirit is the essential core quality of vocational college students.This paper takes mechatronics technology specialty as an example to study the cultivation mode of craftsman spirit with the integration of“post,course,competition and certificate”under the background of new engineering.In order to improve the technical skills and professional quality,the study explains the consistency between the craftsman spirit and the integration of“post,course,competition and certificate”,analyses the problem existing in the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of vocational college students,defines the post orientation,deepens course reform,innovates competition mechanism and improves certificate evaluation.Thus,we will train more high-level and high-quality technical and skilled personnel with the craftsman spirit.
