摘要
文章从高职会展专业“双师型”师资队伍现状着手,深入分析会展专业师资建设存在的问题,并从优化“双师型”教师师资结构、完善“双师型”教师师资培养体系、校企合作共建“双师型”教师培养基地三个方面给出建议对策,以期为高职院校会展专业推动建设“双师型”教师队伍提供一定的参考借鉴。
The article starts from the current situation of the"double qualified"teaching staff in vocational exhibition majors,analyzes the problems in the construction of exhibition professional teachers,and provides suggestions and countermeasures from three aspects:optimizing the structure of"double qualified"teachers,improving the"double qualified"teacher training system,and building"double qualified"teacher training bases through school enterprise cooperation,In order to provide certain reference for promoting the construction of a"double qualified"teaching team in the exhibition major of vocational colleges.
