摘要
教育协同发展是成渝地区双城经济圈建设的重要内容。通过对当前成渝地区双城经济圈教育联盟进行梳理后发现,大多数联盟组织关系松散,运行中因缺乏完善的制度安排而动力不足,联盟发展难以达到预期效果。课程是学校教学工作的核心要素,课程联盟对促进高职院校资源互补与共享意义重大。成渝地区双城经济圈高职教育的协同发展应以战略联盟理论为指导,从目标愿景、成员伙伴、合作项目、管理机构、环境支撑等方面搭建课程联盟组织框架,从发展动力、沟通协调、绩效评价等方面构建科学有效的联盟运行机制。推进成渝地区高职院校课程联盟从组织框架构建到运行机制落地,需要系统内多部门协同推进,与地方经济产业结构、社会文化发展紧密结合,以开放的思想和务实的行动落实《成渝地区双城经济圈教育协同发展行动计划》的各项指标,推动成渝地区双城经济圈高职教育的高质量发展。
The coordinated development of education is an important part of the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing double-city economic circle.After sorting out the current operation of the education alliance in the Chengdu-Chongqing double-city economic circle,it is found that most of the alliance organizations are loose,and lack of motivation due to the lack of perfect institutional arrangements and substantive cooperation projects in the operation,the development of the alliance is difficult to achieve the expected results.The curriculum is the core element of the school's teaching work.Curriculum is the core element of school teaching work,and efficient curriculum alliance is of great significance to promote the complementarity and sharing of resources in higher vocational colleges in Chengdu-Chongqing double-city economic circle.It should be guided by the strategic alliance theory,build the organizational framework of the curriculum alliance from the aspects of goal vision,member partners,cooperation projects,management institutions,and support conditions,and build an effective alliance operation mechanism from the aspects of development motivation,communication and coordination,and performance evaluation.The promotion of the curriculum alliance of higher vocational colleges in Chengdu-Chongqing region from the construction of the organizational framework to the implementation of the operational mechanism requires the concerted efforts of the government,schools,banks,enterprises and other parties,and the close combination of the local economic and industrial structure,social and cultural development,and the implementation of the objectives of the Action Plan for the Coordinated Development of Education in Chengdu-Chongqing Dual-City Economic Circle with an open mind and practical action,so as to promote the coordinated development of education in Chengdu-Chongqing Dual-City Economic Circle.
