摘要
中国高校联盟呈现出"新趋势",高校联盟动态聚合及相互嵌入形成了高校联盟网络。基于社会网络理论,透过高校联盟网络"形"的表现,探索节点高校与联盟纽带的形态与本质,揭示高校联盟网络的生成逻辑与形态构成;基于"形"的认知,以教育部直属高校及其主要联盟关系为研究样本,探索高校联盟网络对网络教育资源的配置效应,进而揭示高校联盟网络对高校科技发展绩效的价值效应,即"实"的本质。结果表明:高校联盟网络的度数中心度与接近中心度越高,高校的科技产出绩效越好;而高校的中介中心度对科技产出绩效影响不显著。除网络中心度外,结构洞位置对高校科技产出具有显著的积极影响。通过对高校联盟网络"形"与"实"的探索,进一步深化了高等教育与高校联盟的研究成果,拓展了社会网络理论在高等教育领域的应用研究。
University alliance in China presents a"new trend".It dynamically polymerizes and embeds each other to form an alliance network structure.Based on the social network theory,through the structure of the university alliance network,explore the essence of the nodes and ties,reveal the logic and morphological composition of the college alliance network.Taking the the universities directly under the Ministry of Education as a researching sample,exploring the effect of college alliance network on the education resources configuration,and revealing the value effect of college alliance network on the innovation performance of university,that is the essence of alliance network.The results show that the university which possess higher degree centrality and closeness centrality will perform better in innovation;The betweenness centrality has no significant effect on the performance of the technology output.In addition,the location of structural holes has a significant positive impact on the performance of universities innovation.Through the exploration of the university alliance network,our research expanded higher education and college alliances research,and further applied network theory in higher education studies.
