摘要
成渝地区双城经济圈建设是关于我国西部地区发展的伟大战略,其目标是努力打造西部地区高质量发展的重要增长极。国际一流都市圈高等教育集群与地方经济联动发展的经验对成渝地区双城经济圈建设具有借鉴意义。通过高等教育事业的超常规发展来引领、驱动成渝地区双城经济圈的发展,要对两地高等教育发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行分析,借鉴旧金山湾区、东京湾区等世界一流经济圈通过高等教育与湾区经济发展的互动来实现高质量发展的经验,快速地发展超一流大学,联手打造双城竞争和协调发展模式,并多渠道发展本地区高等教育。
The construction of Chengdu-Chongqing twin-city economic circle is a great strategic plan for the development of western region of China.Its goal is to strive to build an important growth pole for the high-quality development of the western region.The experiences of the joint development of the international first-class metropolitan higher education cluster and the local economy can be used for references in the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing twin-city economic circle.To lead and drive the development of Chengdu-Chongqing twin-city economic circle through the unconventional development of higher education,it is necessary to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of higher education in the two places,to learn from the experiences of world-class economic circles such as San Francisco Bay Area and Tokyo Bay Area in realizing the high-quality development through the interaction of higher education and bay area economic development,to rapidly develop super first-class universities,to jointly create a competition and coordinated development model of the two cities,and to develop higher education in the region through the multiple channels.
