摘要
目的:分析预警性护理联合动机性访谈对冠心病PCI术后患者并发症、心功能及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年1月2023年1月福建省立医院收治的采取PCI手术治疗的冠心病患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=35)和对照组(n=35),对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予预警性护理、动机性访谈联合干预,比较2组患者干预前后心功能水平及并发症发生率,并采用理查兹-坎贝尔睡眠质量量表(RCSQ)比较2组患者干预前后的睡眠质量。结果:干预后,观察组患者脑利尿钠肽(BNP)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)显著低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)显著高于对照组,观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,观察组RCSQ量表评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:冠心病患者于PCI手术以后联合应用预警性护理,动机性访谈可预防潜在并发症,对于改善心功能以及提高睡眠质量具有突出效果,值得借鉴。
Objective:To analyze the effects of early warning nursing combined with motivational interview on complications,cardiac function and sleep quality in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods:Seventy patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI surgery in Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given early warning nursing and motivational interview intervention.The cardiac function level and complication rate of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention,and the sleep quality of the two groups was compared by Richards-Campbell Sleep Questionnaire(RCSQ).Results:After intervention,brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was significantly higher than that in control group,the complication rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the RCSQ scale score in observation group was significantly higher.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of early warning nursing and motivational interview after PCI in patients with coronary heart disease can prevent potential complications,and has outstanding effects on improving heart function and sleep quality,which is worth learning.
