摘要
目的探讨"5E"康复护理对冠心病冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后患者康复效果的影响.方法选取2018年9月—2021年2月我院收治的124例冠心病行PCI治疗的患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,各62例.对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用"5E"康复护理,持续3个月.对比两组的心功能、自我管理行为、生活质量与心血管不良事件发生率.结果干预前,两组的左心室射血分数(LVEF)、6 min步行试验(6MWD)、冠心病自我管理行为量表(CSMS)、中国心血管病人生活质量评定问卷(CQQC)比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组的LVEF与CSMS、CQQC评分均高于对照组,6MWD长于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的心血管不良事件发生率3.23%,低于对照组的12.90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论"5E"康复护理能够改善冠心病PCI术后患者的心脏康复情况,提高自我管理行为,减少心血管不良事件的发生,从而提升患者的生活质量.
Objective To explore the effect of"5E"rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation effect of patients with coronary heart disease after coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Selected 124 patients with coronary heart disease treated by PCI in our hospital from September 2018 to February 2021 as the research objects,and divided them into two groups according to the random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received"5E"rehabilitation nursing for 3 months.The cardiac function,self-management behavior,quality of life and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),6 min walk test(6MWD),Coronary Self-Management Scale(CSMS)and Chinese Cardiovascular Patient Quality of Life Assessment Questionnaire(CQQC)(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of LVEF,CSMS,and CQQC in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the 6MWD was longer than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the study group was 3.23%,which was lower than 12.90%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion"5E"rehabilitation nursing can improve the cardiac rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,improve self-management behavior,reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events,and improve the quality of life of patients.
