摘要
以2010—2020年黄河流域的37个资源型城市为研究对象,基于经济、社会、环境和科技创新四个维度,构建黄河流域资源型城市转型的时空演化评价指标体系。运用全局自相关空间分析方法进行时空格局演化特征分析,并深刻分析黄河流域资源型城市转型的影响因素。结果表明:黄河流域资源型城市转型的时序变化整体上以2013年为分水岭,前期保持平稳、后期不断上升。从空间格局演变角度看,总体上呈现出一个“中低质量转型城市分布零散,高质量转型城市片状分布”的空间布局。科技创新为当前黄河流域资源型城市转型的首要影响因素,因此要充分发挥科技创新在城市转型升级中的驱动作用,促进政府部门、企业、学术界和社会组织之间的合作,共同推动城市创新和可持续发展。
This paper takes 37 resource-based cities in the Yellow River Basin from 2010 to 2020,and constructs an evaluation index system for the spatial-temporal evolution of the transformation of resource-based cities in the Yellow River Basin based on four dimensions of economy,society,environment,and technological innovation.Global autocorrelation spatial analysis method is used to analyze the evolution of spatial-temporal pattern,and analyze the factors affecting the transformation of resource-based cities in the Yellow River basin.The results show that the timing change of resource-based cities transformation in the Yellow River Basin as a whole takes2013 as the watershed,maintaining steady in the early stage and increasing in the late stage.From the perspective of spatial pattern evolution,it generally presents a spatial layout of“scattered distribution of low-quality transformation cities,and flaky distribution of high-quality transformation cities”.Technological innovation is the primary influencing factor for the transformation of resource-based cities in the Yellow River Basin.Therefore,it is necessary to fully leverage the driving role of technological innovation in urban transformation and upgrading,promote cooperation between government departments,enterprises,academia,and social organizations,and jointly promote urban innovation and sustainable development.
