摘要
目的通过对治疗异常子宫出血(Abnormal uterine bleeding,AUB)的中药复方专利的挖掘,分析复方专利治疗异常子宫出血的治法,用药规律,指导临床遣方用药。方法搜索国家专利数据库中2010—2023年治疗异常子宫出血的中药复方专利,运用中医传承计算平台V 3.0数据挖掘,对中药使用频次,药性,药味,归经,功效等进行统计,通过关联规则,k-means算法和复杂熵聚类法等方法统计用药规律和配伍规律。结果共纳入治疗异常子宫出血中药复方122剂,涉及中药155味,使用频次前6位分别是当归、地黄、白芍、黄芪、地榆、益母草。复发中的药物药性以温(34.58%)为首,药味以苦(37.61%)为主;功效以补虚类为主,其次为止血类;药对组合中出现频次最高为“黄芪-当归”;置信度居首位的关联组合为“白术,仙鹤草-黄芪”;聚类分析得到5个核心类方。结论补气养血是异常子宫出血的核心治法;清热止血是重要治法;活血化瘀是异常子宫出血的潜在治法;用药考究,多药相须,重视炮制。
Objective To mine the medication patterns of patented traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)compound prescriptions for treating abnormal uterine bleeding,so as to guide clinical medication.Methods The patented TCM com⁃pound prescriptions for treating abnormal uterine bleeding were retrieved from the national patent database with the time in⁃terval from 2010 to 2023.The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform V3.0 was used to mine the frequency,nature,taste,meridian tropism,and efficacy of Chinese herbal medicines.The rules of herbal medicine use and compatibility were mined through association rules analysis,K-means algorithm,and complex system entropy clustering.Results A total of 122 patented TCM compound prescriptions for treating abnormal uterine bleeding were screened out,involving 155 Chinese herbs,in which the top 6 were Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Rehmanniae Radix,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Astragali Radix,Sanguisorbae Radix,and Leonuri Herba.The Chinese herbs with high frequency mainly had a warm nature(34.58%)and a bitter taste(37.61%).The herbs with tonifying effect had the highest frequency,followed by those with hemostatic effect.Astragali Radix-Angelicae Sinensis Radix was the herb pair with the highest frequency,and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Agrimoniae Herba-Astragali Radix had the highest confidence.Conclusion Tonifying qi and nourishing blood,clearing heat and stopping bleeding,and activating blood and resolving stasis are the core,important,and potential methods,respectively,for treating abnormal uterine bleeding.Multiple herbs can be combined for the treatment,and the processing of raw medicinal materials should be considered.
