摘要
“新医科”背景下对医学生的培养有了新的要求,全面优化医学人才培养结构,加快高层次复合型医学人才培养是国家需要。新医科背景下医学教学课程改革需以创新为核心,其中特别是教师教学方式和学生学习方法的改革,是培养高素质医学人才的关键。以问题为基础(problem-based learning,PBL)的教学法已在临床教学实践中开展并取得了良好的教学效果。文章对PBL内涵进行了研究和延伸,提出了在临床实践教学中应用基于深度学习的PBL教学法,并从教学法设计、教学组织、评价方式等方面进行了探讨。为提高医学生的兴趣,强化医学生自主学习能力,充分发挥学生潜力,提高医学生的综合素质和知识掌握能力提供教学新思路。
Under the background of"new medicine",there are new requirements for training of medical students.To optimize the training structure and accelerate the training of high-level compound medical students is the demand of the country.Under the background of new medical science,the reform of medical teaching curriculum should take innovation as the core,especially the reform of teachers'teaching methods and students'learning methods,which is the key to train high-quality medical talents.The problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method has been carried out in clinical teaching practice and has achieved good teaching results.In this study,we extend the connotation of PBL,propose the application of deep learning-based PBL teaching mode in clinical practice teaching,and discusse the teaching mode design,teaching organization and evaluation methods.Here,deep learning-based PBL teaching mode provides new teaching ideas to improve the interest of medical students,strengthens their independent learning ability,gives full play to their potential,and improves the comprehensive quality and knowledge mastery ability of medical students.
