摘要
目的探讨微信作为辅助联合PBL教学方法在超声科住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法选取2017年1月—2018年12月锦州医科大学附属第一医院超声医学基地18名住院医师规范化培训超声医学专业学员作为研究对象,随机分为2组,每组9人,实验组采用微信联合PBL教学,对照组采用传统“填鸭式”教学,比较两组理论和实践技能考核成绩。结果实验组理论考试、实践技能考试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微信PBL教学模式有助于提高超声医学住院医师规范化培训学员的理论及实践技能考试成绩,提高住陪学员的学习兴趣及主动性、提高解决临床问题的综合能力、提高团队协作能力,为超声医学专业住培学员尽早适应临床工作奠定了良好的基础。
Objective To discusses the application of WeChat as an assistant in PBL teaching method in the standardized training for ultrasound medical resident physicians.Methods 18 resident physicians from January 2017 to December 2018 in ultrasound department of the first affiliated hospital of Jinzhou Medical University for standardized training were enrolled as research subjects.These subjects were divided into two groups randomly,and 9 in each group.The experimental group used WeChat combined with PBL teaching method,and the control group used traditional"spoonfeeding"teaching method.The examination results of academical test and practical skill test were compared between the two groups.Results The examination results of academical test and practical skill test in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method based on WeChat is helpful to improve the academical test and practical skills test results of standardized training resident physicians of ultrasound medical,and may improve the study interest and initiative,the comprehensive ability to solve clinical problems and team cooperation,to laid a good foundation for ultrasound medical resident physicians in the clinical work as soon as possible.
