摘要
目的探讨多媒体结合基于案例教学法(CBL)教学在儿科临床教学中的应用效果,以期帮助实习医生掌握儿童疾病特点、诊疗方法,培养出更多优秀儿科医生,提升儿科整体医疗水平。方法选择2024年5月—2025年5月在济宁市第三人民医院(兖州区人民医院)实习的50例儿科实习医生,根据带教方法的不同将其随机分为传统组和观察组各25例。传统组给予传统CBL教学,观察组开展多媒体结合CBL教学。比较两组实习医生的理论考核、基础考核、操作评分、对带教方法认可度、自我评价得分、带教质量评分。结果观察组实习医生的理论考核评分为(93.42±2.51)分,高于传统组的(86.42±2.25)分;基础考核评分为(91.45±2.16)分,高于传统组的(83.33±2.17)分;操作评分为(92.66±2.57)分,高于传统组的(86.76±2.64)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=10.383、13.261、8.007,P<0.05)。观察组对带教方法认可度为92.00%,高于传统组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.500,P<0.05)。观察组实习医生的自我评价得分为(93.17±2.11)分,高于传统组的(87.63±2.11)分;带教质量评分为(94.45±2.64)分,高于传统组的(87.54±2.54)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多媒体结合CBL教学在儿科临床教学开展中的应用效果确切,能提高实习医生的考核评分及对带教方法的认可度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of multimedia combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching in pediatric clinical teaching,in order to help medical interns master the characteristics and diagnosis and treatment methods of pediatric diseases,cultivate more excellent pediatricians,and improve the overall medical level of pediatrics.Methods A total of 50 pediatric interns admitted for internships in Jining Third People's Hospital(Yanzhou District People's Hospital)from May 2024 to May 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a traditional group and an observation group with 25 cases in each group,based on different teaching methods.The traditional group received traditional CBL teaching and the observation group carried out multimedia combined CBL teaching.The theoretical assessment,basic assessment,operational scores,the recognition of the teaching methods,self-evaluation scores,as well as the teaching quality scores of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The theoretical assessment score of the observation group interns was(93.42±2.51)points,which was significantly higher than that of the traditional group with(86.42±2.25)points;the basic assessment score was(91.45±2.16)points,which was significantly higher than that of the traditional group with(83.33±2.17)points;the operational score was(92.66±2.57)points,which was significantly higher than that of the traditional group with(86.762.64)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.383,13.261,8.007,P<0.05).The recognition degree of the teaching methods in the observation group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the traditional group with 68.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.500,P<0.05).The self-evaluation score of the interns in the observation group was(93.17±2.11)points,which was significantly higher than that in the traditional group with(87.63±2.11)points;the teaching quality score was(94.45±2.64)points,which was significantly higher than that in the traditional group with(87.54±2.54)points,and the dferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of multimedia combined with CBL teaching in pediatric clinical teaching was definite,which could improve the assessment score and recognition degree of interns.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
