摘要
数字化、低碳化是当前我国经济社会发展的主流趋势。为深入考察数字经济赋能城市低碳发展的机理,本文构建了贯穿“产业-政府-企业”三个维度的数字经济赋能城市低碳发展理论机制模型,并基于全国141个主要城市2016-2020年的数据识别了数字经济赋能城市低碳发展的实践路径。研究结论表明:数字经济水平的提升能够有效赋能城市低碳发展,在稳健性检验和排他性分析后,该结论仍然成立;除直接赋能外,数字经济对城市低碳发展的促进还能够以低碳技术进步为中介间接实现;政府环境注意力和环境规制在数字经济赋能城市低碳发展的过程中起调节作用;“低碳城市试点”政策对城市低碳发展起到了促进作用,但不同试点批次的促进效果有所差异。研究结论为促进城市低碳发展以及相关政策的制定提供了理论依据和决策参考。
Digitization and low-carbonization are the current mainstream trends in my country's economic and social development.In order to thoroughly investigate the mechanism of the digital economy empowering the low-carbon development of cities,a theoretical mechanism for the digital economy to empower the low-carbon development of cities across the three dimensions of“industry-government-enterprise”has been constructed.The data of the year is a sample,and its realization path is identified by the conditional process analysis method.The research conclusions show that:The improvement of the digital economy can directly empower the low-carbon development of cities.This conclusion is still valid after the robustness test and the exclusive analysis;In addition to the direct empowerment path,the digital economy promotes the low-carbon development of cities It can also be achieved indirectly through low-carbon technological innovation;Government environmental attention and environmental regulations play a regulatory role in the process of digital economy empowering urban low-carbon development;The“low-carbon city pilot”policy plays a role in urban low-carbon development.The promotion effect is reached,but the promotion effect of different pilot batches is different.The research conclusions provide a theoretical basis and decision-making reference for the promotion of urban low-carbon development and the formulation of related policies.
