摘要
近年来,我国全科医师规范化培训工作已见成效。海军军医大学第一附属医院作为上海市首批全科医学临床基地和国家级示范基地,已形成以岗位胜任力为导向的海军全科医师教学体系,培养具有临床综合思维能力、慢病管理和急救能力及组织管理能力的应用型人才。文章针对康复医学模块在海军全科医师规范化培训教学上的实践进行探讨,对制定和完善康复医学规培教育方案提出设想并进行探索。
In recent years,the standardized training of general practitioners in China has achieved results.As the first batch of general practice clinical bases and national demonstration bases in Shanghai,The First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University has formed a post competency oriented teaching system of naval general practice military medicine to cultivate applied talents with clinical comprehensive thinking ability,chronic disease management and first aid ability,and organization and management ability.This paper discussed the practice and exploration of the rehabilitation medicine module in the standardized training and teaching of naval general practitioners,and put forward some ideas and exploration on formulating and improving the rehabilitation medicine training and education program.
