摘要
全科医师为社区患者提供和协调一切卫生保健服务,是居民健康的"守门人",我国全科专业住院医师规范化培训制度不断完善,在最新修订的培训细则中,对传染病和突发公共卫生事件的培训也有明确的要求。最近暴发的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴露了既往全科住院医师培训的"短板",影响了全科住院医师规范化培训内容和策略的修订,借助新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发后的特殊时期,探讨全科住院医师规范化培训内容和方法,提出采用线上理论教育,临床实践教育、典范教育、以科研为载体的创新教育等方法,为全科住院医师开展传染病及突发公共事件处理能力、各类传染病的防治、医学历史教育、医德医风教育等内容的培训。借助疫情的机会,强化全科住院培训医师应对与处理重大突发公共卫生事件的能力,提高全科医师对公共卫生应急管理能力、分层分流救治能力、把控服务对象的健康状况及危险因素进行进一步健康指导的能力,为健康中国培养出更多更好具有国家情怀居民健康的"守门人"。
General practitioners provide and coordinate all healthcare services for community residents and are their"gatekeepers".The standardized training system for general practitioners has been improving in China.In the updated regulations on training,there are specific requirements for training related to containment of contagious diseases and public health emergencies.The recent outbreak of new coronavirus(COVID-2019)pneumonia laid bare the"loopholes"of previous general resident training regulations,which has led to revision of the training contents and strategies of general practitioners.After the outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia,we explored the training contents.Using such methods as online theoretical education,clinical practice training,model education,and education on innovation,we subjected general residents to training in terms of the ability to deal with infectious diseases and public emergency events,prevention and treatment of contagious diseases,history of medical sciences and ethics.Amid the epidemic,we made more efforts to strengthen the ability of general practitioners to deal with major public health emergency events,manage public health emergency systems,stratify patients,and to find out about the health status and risk factors of residents in order to offer more guidance and turn out more and better"gatekeepers"for healthy China.
