摘要
目的:组织工程实验是一门实践性和前瞻性很强的综合性学科,为了能提高学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的科研思维能力和创新实践能力,对该课程进行了改革。方法:将当前生物学研究前沿技术——麦胚凝集素慢病毒载体构建技术引入组织工程实验教学中,以改变传统的组织工程实验缺乏系统性和连续性的弊端。结果:与传统的验证性实验和小实验相比,引入麦胚凝集素慢病毒载体构建技术,使得组织工程实验成为一个系统、连续的科研过程。结论:通过教学改革,学生成为实验的主导者,同时提高了主动学习能力和实验操作能力。
Objective Tissue Engineering experiment is a comprehensive subject with strong practicality and foresight.In order to improve students'learning interest,cultivate their ability of scientific research thinking and innovative practice,the course is reformed.Methods:The technology of constructing wheat germ agglutinin vector was introduced into the teaching of tissue engineering experiment to change the defects of systematic and continuity of traditional tissue engineering experiment.Results:Compared with the traditional confirmatory experiments and small experiments,the introduction of wheat germ agglutinin vector construction technology made the tissue engineering experiment a systematic and continuous scientific research process.Conclusion:Through the teaching reform,students become the leader of the experiment,and improve the ability of active learning and experiment operation.
