摘要
大连工业大学发酵工程学科在人才培养模式和管理制度设计方面,经过长期的探索与实践,形成了以科研促进教学的模式,为培养创新型人才营造了良好的空间和环境。通过引导教师的科研方向与主讲课程相结合,保证课程内容的先进性和实践性;将成熟的科研成果引入实验教学,以适应快速发展的生物技术和生产实践需要;突出实践教学,开设综合创新实验,以培养学生探索问题的能力;将毕业论文(设计)与教师的科研项目紧密结合,培养学生参与科研与科技开发的能力。
After a long time of experiencing and studying in the talents culture mode and administration system designing, a system of the teaching integrated with research has been set up for the fermentation engineering major in Dalian Polytechnic University for developing the students' innovational ability, in which an excellent environment was built for the culture of the creative students. This system conducted the research interest of teachers in teaching course to enhance the advance and practice of the course. The mature scientific achievements were transformed into the experimental teaching to follow the repaid development of bioteehnology. The practical teaching was strengthened to enlighten the speculation ability. The system also combined the research program of teachers with graduation thesis to experience the students' capability to research and development and to train the innovational ability of students.
