摘要
职业教育产教融合在当前经济社会发展中有着重要意义,高职院校需要在产教融合视域下为其人才培养建立质量评价体系。质量评价体系能够帮助企业实现参与产教融合的价值目标,发挥高职院校培养高技能人才的功能价值,提升高技能人才在劳动力市场的竞争力。为了有效实现质量评价体系在产教融合中的现实意义,高职院校在其建设过程中必须解决四个关键问题,分别是:制定原则、价值目标、评价模式以及客观规律。因此,在分析关键问题内容的基础上,结合职业教育产教融合的规律,进而把质量评价体系的内容维度分为:校内实训质量评价部分,包括实训平台、教师教学和学生实训质量评价;企业实习质量评价部分,则包括实习管理制度和工作场所学习效果的质量评价。
The integration of industry and education in vocational education is of great significance in the current economic and social development.Vocational colleges need to establish a quality evaluation system for their talent cultivation from the perspective of industry and education integration.The quality evaluation system can achieve the value goal of enterprises participating in the integration of industry and education,leverage the functional value of vocational colleges in cultivating highly skilled talents,and enhance the competitiveness of highly skilled talents in the labor market.To effectively realize the practical significance of the quality evaluation system in the integration of industry and education,vocational colleges must address four key issues in their construction process,namely:the formulation of principles,the value objectives,the evaluation models,and the objective laws.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing the key issues and the integration of industry and education in vocational education,the content dimension of the quality evaluation system is divided into the on-campus practical training quality evaluation part,including the training platform,teacher teaching,and student training quality evaluation;and the quality evaluation section of enterprise internship,including the quality evaluation of internship management system and workplace learning effectiveness.
