摘要
复杂性科学研究的核心在于复杂系统的涌现性,肿瘤组织及其微环境是典型的复杂系统,其涌现性特征主要表现在肿瘤发生、血管生成、侵袭转移、耐药性方面,而这些特征正是还原论指导下的医学实践难以突破的困局。中医在肿瘤涌现性特征方面具有治未病理念、整体观和辨证调节的独特优势,但是其优势发挥的技术方法与手段有待进一步完善,需要与现代科学技术有机结合。
The core of complexity science research lies in the emergence of complex systems.Tumor tissue and its microenvironment are typical complex systems,and their emergence characteristics are mainly manifested in tumor occurrence,angiogenesis,invasion and metastasis,and drug resistance.These characteristics are difficult to break through in medical practice guided by the reductionism.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages or preventive treatment,holistic view and treatment based on syndrome differentiation in terms of the tumor emergence characteristics.However,the technical methods and means for exerting its advantages need to be further improved,and can be enhanced by organically integrated with modern science and technology.
