摘要
目的评价中医药治疗胰腺癌临床疗效与血清肿瘤标记物CA199、CEA、CA242表达水平关系。方法选取2016年1月—2018年12月收治的80例胰腺癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合口服中药汤剂治疗。比较2组治疗结果。结果观察组治疗后血清标记物水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);胰腺癌治疗后临床疗效与血清标记物水平呈明显相关(P<0.05)。结论中医药对胰腺癌疗效显著,可以在临床推广;血清CA199、CEA、CA242可以作为评价胰腺癌临床疗效的指标。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between the clinical efficacy of adjuvant traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pancreatic cancer and the expression levels of serum tumor markers CA199,CEA and CA242.Methods A total of 80 patients with pancreatic cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the observation group was combined with oral Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results The level of serum marker in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant correlation between clinical efficacy and serum marker level after treatment for pancreatic cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine has a remarkable effect on pancreatic cancer,It can be promoted clinically.Serum CA199,CEA and CA242 can be used as indicators to evaluate the clinical efficacy of pancreatic cancer.
