战区联合作战装备保障体系整体涌现性研究

摘要 为提升战区整体装备保障能力,解决现阶段战区装备保障力量不足与保障需求增长之间的矛盾,以我军转型建设发展为契机,从整体涌现的现象和机理入手,结合战区联合作战装备保障体系的概念内涵,分析战区联合作战装备保障体系新质保障能力整体涌现的形成机理。从突显信息链动优势,有效实现保障模块内聚外联;强化指挥控制环节,稳步控制保障行动高效有序;优化构建体系结构,合理激发保障能力逐层涌现3个方面,提出科学构建战区联合作战装备保障体系的具体措施。 In order to improve the overall equipment support capability of the theater and solve the current contradiction between the insufficient equipment support force of the theater and the growth of support demand,this paper firstly elaborates the phenomenon and mechanism of the overall emergence with the transformation and development of our army as an opportunity.Secondly,it introduces the conceptual connotation of theater joint operations equipment support system.Thirdly,it analyzes the formation mechanism of the overall emergence of the new support capability of the theater joint operations equipment support system.Finally,it puts forward specific measures to scientifically build the theater joint operations equipment support system from following three aspects:highlighting the advantages of information chain to effectively realize the cohesion and outreach of the support module,strengthening command and control links to ensure efficient and orderly support operation,optimizing the system structure to reasonably stimulate the support capabilities at all levels.
