摘要
数字乡村是促进乡村振兴和实现共同富裕的重要路径。数字乡村与共同富裕的逻辑关联主要表现为数字乡村建设是推进共同富裕的工具、共同富裕是数字乡村建设的价值目标。目前,中国数字乡村建设推动农村共同富裕面临诸多挑战,主要表现在数字乡村政策法规缺位、数字乡村治理体系不完善、数字乡村建设人才匮乏、个人数字权益保护力度薄弱等。这些问题极大地制约了数字乡村高质量发展和乡村振兴的实现。需要通过加强数字乡村顶层设计、完善数字乡村治理体系、健全数字人才培养体系、强化个人数字权益保护等路径更好地推动数字乡村建设,最终实现共同富裕目标。
The digital village is an important path to promote rural revitalization and achieve common prosperity.The logical relationship between digital village and common prosperity mainly shows that digital village construction is a tool to promote common prosperity,and common prosperity is the value goal of digital village construction.At present,China's digital rural construction is facing many challenges in promoting rural common prosperity,which is mainly manifested in the absence of digital rural policies and regulations,the imperfection of digital rural governance system,the shortage of digital rural construction talents,and the weak protection of personal digital rights and interests.The above issues greatly constrain the high-quality development of digital rural areas and the realization of rural revitalization.It is necessary to better promote the construction of digital countryside by strengthening the top-level design of digital village,improving the governance system of digital village,improving the digital talent training system,and strengthening the protection of personal digital rights and interests,so as to finally achieve the goal of common prosperity.
