摘要
依托全国首座全方位装配式地铁车站——青岛地铁6号线工程实例,针对预制构件生产过程存在的高强高性能混凝土配合比、大型构件蒸养、异形构件翻转等技术难点,对大型混凝土构件生产工艺及设备进行全面系统的研究,并采取一系列措施,以有效避免超大、异形预制构件出现温度裂缝和贯穿裂缝,并使其达到设计、生产及应用的要求。
Relying on the national first all-round prefabricated subway station Qingdao Metro Line 6 project example,in response to the technical dificulties in the production process of prefabricated components,such as high-strength and highperformance concrete mix ratio,large-scale component steam curing,and special-shaped component flipping,a comprehensive and systematic study was conducted on the production process and equipment of large-scale concrete components,and a series of measures were taken to effectively avoid the possibility of temperature cracks and penetrating cracks in oversized and special-shaped prefabricated components,and to meet the requirements of design,production,and application.
