摘要
国内首次采用预制装配技术建造了多座地铁车站,本章以地铁车站预制装配式结构所采用的一种新型注浆式榫槽接头为研究对象,对接头在外荷载作用下的弯曲抵抗作用特性进行全面探讨,结合1∶1原型接头加载试验弯矩-转角(M-θ)承载特性曲线,针对工程实际应用中的单榫长接头、单榫短接头及双榫接头进行了不同轴力作用、不同注浆材料、不同注浆范围,以及有无外部预加力装置等各种工况进行接头抵抗作用特性分析,并首次提出对接头承载性能起关键作用的截面"抵抗矩"概念,给出抵抗矩计算方法,利用抵抗矩可对接头的承载能力进行初步判断。
Prefabrication technology are applied in many metro stations in China.The characteristics of bending resistance under external load for newly developed grouted mortise-tenon joints used in prefabricated metro station structures are discussed.Based on the bending moment-rotation angle(M-θ)bearing characteristic curves extracted from 1∶1 scale prototype experiments of the joints,the bending resistance characteristic of the long joints with single-tenon,short joints with single-tenon and double-tenon joints used in practical engineering are investigated.In the analysis,some factors,such as loading conditions,grouting materials,grouting ranges and auxiliary pretension devices,are considered.Resistance bending moment,key to bearing behavior of the joint,is firstly introduced.In addition,the calculation method of"resistance bending moment"is developed,by which can the preliminary bearing capacity of the joint can be evaluated.
