摘要
大体积混凝土结构裂缝主要来源于温差变形,即混凝土浇筑后因里表温度差异而发生体积不均匀变化造成开裂。因此,对于大体积混凝土结构裂缝的控制,主要以减小构件里表温差、抑制温度应力为手段,文中通过管理和技术措施的共同实施,降低混凝土内部温度,提升表面温度,最终实现温度裂缝的有效控制。
Practice has shown that the cracks in large volume concrete structures mainly come from temperature difference deformation,which is caused by uneven changes in volume due to differenceisn internal surface temperature after concrete pouring.Therefore,the control of cracks in large volume concrete structures is mainly aimed at reducing the surface temperature difference of components and suppressing temperature stress.Through the joint implementation of management and technical measures,the aim is to reduce the internale tmperature of concrete,improve the surface temperature,and ultimately achieve effective control of temperature cracks.
