摘要
方舱医院作为疫情防控的坚实堡垒,在平衡医疗资源、阻止疫情传播蔓延方面发挥过重要作用。结合国内方舱医院感染防控实践经验,以复杂适应系统理论为基础,通过方舱运行期间存在的医疗卫生资源失衡、感染防控机制不健全、危险因素众多、信息化建设水平低等共性问题定位我国方舱医院感染防控管理困境,从整体性、协作性、适应性、开放性4个维度寻求适用于新发传染病疫情防控情境下的方舱医院感染防控纾解策略,为破解未来方舱医院感染防控困境提供理论依据和行动指引。
Cabin hospitals,as solid fortresses of epidemic prevention and control,have played an important role in balancing medical resources and preventing the spread of the epidemic.Based on Complex Adaptive System Theory and combined with the practical experience of hospital infection prevention and control in domestic cabin hospitals,the hospital infection prevention and control dilemma of Chinese cabin hospitals in view of the common problems existing during the operation of cabin hospitals are positioned,such as imbalance of medical and health resources,unsound hospital infection prevention and control mechanism,multiple risk factors and low level of information construction.From integrity,collaboration,adaptability and openness,mitigantion strategies for hospital infection prevention and control in cabin hospitals which are suitable for the prevention and control of emerging infectious diseases are sought to provide theoretical basis and action guidance for solving the dilemma of infection control in cabin hospitals in the future.
