摘要
目的分析2016—2018年哈尔滨市医院感染病原菌分布特征及流行趋势,为预防医院感染提供科学依据。方法选取哈尔滨市8家三级医疗机构住院患者的送检标本,统计分析病原菌分布特征及多重耐药情况。结果2016—2018年共分离出病原菌15735株,以革兰氏阴性菌为主,构成比居前五位的分别是肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和鲍曼不动杆菌。共检出多重耐药菌2024株,构成比居前3位的分别是多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌、耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌和耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌。感染部位居前3位的分别是下呼吸道感染、上呼吸道感染、泌尿系统感染。结论2016—2018年分离的病原菌构成比居前5位的种类和顺位保持一致,多重耐药菌构成比居前5位的种类不变,但顺位有变化,感染部位主要以下呼吸道感染为主。
Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics and epidemic trend of nosocomial infection pathogens in Harbin City from 2016 to 2018,and to provide scientific basis for preventing nosocomial infection.Methods Selecting bacterial infection specimens of hospitalized patients from 8 tertiary medical institutions in Harbin City for examination to analyze the distribution and multi-drug resistance of pathogens.Results From 2016 to 2018,a total of 15735 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated.Among them,gram-negative bacteria accounts for the main part.The top five kinds of pathogenic bacteria were klebsiella pneumoniae,escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus,pseudomonas aeruginosa and acinetobacter baumannii.Totally 2024 strains of multi-drug resistant bacteria were detected,and the top three kinds were acinetobacter baumannii,acinetobacter baumannii and staphylococcus aureus.The top three infection sites of pathogenic bacteria were the lower respiratory tract,the upper respiratory tract and the urinary system.Conclusion From2016 to 2018,the species and order of the top five isolated pathogen don’t change.Furthermore,the species of the top five multi-drug resistant bacteria don’t change too,although the order changes a bit.And the main infection site of pathogenic bacteria is the lower respiratory tract.
