摘要
为了规避企业信息系统项目中的风险 ,达到提高信息系统项目成功的目的 ,通过界定企业信息系统项目失败的确切含义以及风险的定义 ,来识别企业信息系统项目中存在的风险 ,并试图利用复杂适应系统理论来分析这些风险之间存在的复杂关系 ,以及可以采取的策略和风险管理过程。为企业信息系统项目风险管理的思维方法提供一种探索。
In order to avoid such risks to gain high success rate of information system projects, this paper defines the real meaning of the failure and the risk of information system projects, identifies the risks, tries to analyze the complex relationship among them by Complex Adaptive System (CAS) theory, and provides the possible strategies and management process. This paper has made one exploration beneficial for the thoughts of risk management of information system projects.
